Will these upgrades damage my bike in anyway?

None of the voltage upgrade will damage your ebike because 48v stock controller can handle maximum 60v.



What is the difference in speed and range for all three upgrades?

60v upgrade equals to 40-45km faster, 72v upgrade equals to 48-53km faster, 84v upgrades equal to 56-61km  ​

60v range increases by 25% stock speed, 72v range increases by 50% stock speed, 84v range increases 75%



Can these upgrades work on any E-Bike?

These upgrades will work on any ebikes in the last 3yrs, but depending on the wiring we may be able to still upgrade your bike.  



What is a controller and how does upgrading the controller benefiting me?

Think of the controller as the brain of the bike it controls all aspects of the bike. The simple benefit to upgrading the controller is safety.  The upgraded controllers are able to sustain  a higher input of voltage, which would avoid controller burnouts which can come about by shunting the bike instead of upgrading the controller.   



What is the difference between shunting a controller and doing an upgrade to your controller?

Shunting is a short cut way to over power your controller without replacing it with an upgrade and taking into consideration the controller burning out.





Does your company sell products such as batteries and parts?

Yes we sell all assorries and parts for ebikes and scooters.  If we don't have the part listed please feel free to contact us with the item your looking for.



Are these upgrades and modifications safe for my bike?

All upgrades are within the guidelines of the bike safety requirements.  These are all manufactured parts specifically made for upgrading your bike.  Remember we do not rely on soldering controllers to get the desired increase in power.  Although this can work if done correctly, it intcreases your chances for your controller to burn out, resulting in having to inevitably replace the controller in the future.



Can I trade in my bike or parts to you?

We are always looking to purchase bikes and parts.  Please feel free to inquire when calling or emailing.

What kind of guarantee do I get with the work done?

All of our work is 100% guaranteed to work and to be trouble free.  However If a problem occurs due to our workmanship all parts and work will be covered by Kustomzwrkz.   If the issue is something beyond our doing.  We will gladly attempt to diagnose the problem and advise on how to proceed at no charge to you.
